Snap the metal disc inside once to begin the warming process where crystals start to form. Use with one of Pure Romance’s massage oils over the body and massage your partner or have them massage you. Stays heated up for up to an hour. Once it cools, boil for 7-10 minutes or until all crystals have dissolved and then let sit at room temp to cool down. Ready to use again after that!!
